This agreement runs for a period of 12 months. After expiration, the contract will automatically be converted into an agreement for an indefinite period, unless either party terminates in writing with a notice period of one month. In the event of termination, no refund will be made.

The first payment must be made via iDEAL, with approval for an annual direct debit for the remaining installments.

• Visual inspection of the underfloor heating (check for leaks, corrosion, wear and defects)
• Checking the valves of the groups on the distributor for proper operation and flow
• Checking the flow and measuring temperatures with a thermal imaging camera
• If present, full check of the post-regulation including thermostats and motors on the distributors
• Reconfigure system, update if necessary, and provide usage advice
• Report with findings
